The best way to describe my visit was weird. Front desk staff was very nice, Medical Assistant was nice, and the Dr. was not mean but very robotic and rushing through the appt. I was called back before finishing my paperwork. I was rushed to undress and told to finish paperwork afterwards. Then the Dr. didnt do my skin cancer screening so he had to comeback to the room to finish the visit. It was so rushed. I will continue my search for another dermatologist.

What an amazing practice. My husband had stage 3 skin cancer on the top of his head. He was very nervous about having it removed, but no problems. Great care was taken during the removal and we were told it would take a couple of months to heal, which it did, but no problems. Everyone there is so nice and seem to enjoy where they work. This the second time I have seen Kseniya and her assistant. Kseniya saw me almost immediately when I called for an appointment due to sore in my back. I was very grateful. Love the doctor and nurses! The issue I have is that I was told my insurance was not accepted. No matter what I try to say it was not being heard. No call to the insurance to verify or anything except you will be self pay! Or the alternate solution was to pay a no show $25. After the appt I was happy that I did not have to pay for my follow up visit. I have to schedule another appt and would like to schedule my daughter but still can’t get my insurance verified.
