Stay away from this place. I went to an ear issue and they did nothing but billed to me and my insurance. So I went Otolaryngology clinic in Altamonte Springs, Florida and they immediately found my ear issue and treated. So DON'T waste your money with Mikhail Vaysberg.

Do not ever have them do Botox. He did botox to help with forehead lines. Then 2 days later both of my eyes are droopy. I thought he was experienced in doing botox I was wrong .They said to come back in to fix it. Like I would ever go back and have them do anything. Never ever would I have them touch me again. I am so upset that my eyes are almost closed due to the lack of expertise. I now will find a qualified Dermatologist. Stay away from this place.

A fine place despite the annoying request to use my time for free to provide feedback. So, Elena was great, Emily was great, there was no dispute of the transaction, I happily paid, but... Dr. Nikowsky resolved the issue on my face which had gotten grossly inflamed and had rashes all over, due to an allergic reaction to hair color. He also performed surgery on various cysts and sent them for a lab biopsy. I am immensely grateful to this wonderful doctor who provides such excellent care and is so kind to the patient.

Today I had my yearly body scan/exam with Dr. Blatnoy and I was very satisfied with his service. I had about 4 skin tags that he removed. I would recommend Dr. Blatnoy to anyone.

Always top-notch evaluation of my health issues and the best recommendations from Dr. Nyckowski. I've never really liked going to see the dermatologist, but Dr. N makes it a pleasant visit. Today (my most recent visit) I am INCREDIBLY grateful to him for finding and removing skin cancer on my chest. I feel so much more at ease knowing I have access to his expertise for annual skin cancer screenings. I also love that he can provide me with Botox near my eyebrows to help my sagging upper eyelids (instead of having very invasive plastic surgery) -- never over-prescribing the dose I need to resolve my vision issue.

Dr. Jaffar explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. I felt well informed about what I was to do and scheduled the appropriate follow up.

I was waited on promptly by a friendly staff. Dr Blatnoy is efficient and to the point, I highly recommend him.

Everything was done in a timely manner exactly how I like it.

I have seen Dr. Blatnoy a few times now and on this last visit I ended up with an extra bill coming form UF Health. I have had the same procedure done 3 times now, and 1 and never have I received this extra bill. They now send out their biopsies to UF health. Which now also makes the same procedure almost $200 more expensive. RIDICULOUS! It would have been fine if they gave me a heads up on the charges but they didn't. Then I went back and reviewed the multiple invoices I received from billing and see that the charged me for having a procedure done on the day I went in for a consult and didn't have anything done and then again for the procedure on the day that we actually had it done. This is NOT ok! I wonder how many people they have charged for procedures that just paid their bills and didn't catch this mistake!

6 months checkup - on-time, thorough, professional and efficient! Dr. Blatnoy takes all the time you need to thoroughly answer questions, and he never rushes through the appointment!

Having skin cancer on your nose is terrifying. Dr. Blatnoy's demeanor was so calming I trusted him completely. He recommended radiation instead of surgery and I am happy to say it worked and the cancer is gone. Through it all the radiologist, Dustin, was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and what to expect. What could have been a very stressful time was not because of the confidence I had in both Dr. Blatnoy and Dustin.

The best way to describe my visit was weird. Front desk staff was very nice, Medical Assistant was nice, and the Dr. was not mean but very robotic and rushing through the appt. I was called back before finishing my paperwork. I was rushed to undress and told to finish paperwork afterwards. Then the Dr. didnt do my skin cancer screening so he had to comeback to the room to finish the visit. It was so rushed. I will continue my search for another dermatologist.

From the receptionists, to Dr. Blatnoy, I was ver impressed. As a cancer survivor, anything that appears on my body, worries me. Dr. Blatnoy, was ver gentle and understood my fears. I will recommend Dr. Blatnoy, 100%

What an amazing practice. My husband had stage 3 skin cancer on the top of his head. He was very nervous about having it removed, but no problems. Great care was taken during the removal and we were told it would take a couple of months to heal, which it did, but no problems. Everyone there is so nice and seem to enjoy where they work. Definitely recommend this practice.

I was able to check in right away, with a very short wait time. I saw physician assistant Kseneyia. She remembered me from my last check up. She's very thorough with the exam for skin cancer and I prefer seeing a female health care provider for modesty reasons. I'll definitely see Kseneyia again for my next appointment.

My appointment with Dr. Nyckowski was very satisfactory. The was nearly no waiting time to see the doctor (in contrast with many other medical offices). The doctor provided a thorough dermatological examination and treated several pre-cancerous skin lesions. He also provided complete answers to my questions. I plan on continuing to see Dr. Nyckowski as my dermatolgist for the indefinite future.

The receptionist gave me a handful of papers to fill out. However before I completed the first page I was taken back to one of the treatment room. The doctor came in, asked about my issue, examined me and treated me. All BEFORE I had completed my information paperwork. So why submit the information if it was so obviously unimportant?

My experience was very satisfactory. Ms Chageyeva made my diagnosis and prescribed a plan of care. She spoke to me in a respectful and courteous manner while not speaking to me in a way that was "over my head." She was very thorough and I was not made to feel rushed.
